Wanted: Pilot, small craft experience, references required.
Changes to local laws prohibit military weapons and vessels in this system.
Silver Starcraft GMBh, a local shipyard, has 10 long-range military
fighters under construction that must be ferried to another Silver
Starcraft shipyard in a nearby system for completion. The destination
shipyard is only a 2 day flight, but all ships must be delivered within 60
days. Pay is $10,000 ($1,000 per ship), to be paid in full upon delivery
of all ships.
Food, fuel, and supplies will be provided.
Governement pre-launch inspection must be completed before lift-off. This
takes about 1-2 hours to complete.
Game Master's Notes:
- If pressed, Silver Starcraft will go as high as $20,000.
- If pressed, Silver Starcraft will pay 1/2 of each ship upon delivery of
each vessel, and the final balance upon completion.
- Boxing the fighters and shipping them as freight will cost $5,000 each on
reputable transports. Less than reputable ships may charge less... but
they also may not arrive...
- The chance of getting a return flight to the present system depends upon
the population and busy-ness of the system. Chances range from 75% in a
busy system, 50% in an average system, and down to 25% for a "back-water"
system. That is the chance that a transport can be arranged any particluar
day, and can be checked each day. Of course, charter flights can be
arranged any time, but are costly ($500-1500 per person).
- Government pre-flight checks actually take from 1/2 to 4 hours, depending
upon how nice you are to him/her. An inspector must first be called, and
will arrive 90% of the time within 30 minutes. There is a 2% chance that
it could take up to a day for the inspector to arrive.

A) All is as stated. Ships are unarmed but otherwise complete and ready to
go on an hour's notice.
B) All is as stated, but the ships are not completed. The first 2 are

E) All is as stated but ships are loaded with contraband. Ships are
unarmed but otherwise complete and ready to go on an hour's notice. The
contraband is legal on this planet, but not at the destination planet.
Pre-flight governement inspection of 1 hour or more will reveal the
contraband, which the inspector will just laugh it off and make a comment
about you being an amateur smuggler. If customs at the destination planet
find the contraband, you will be jailed.
F) All is as stated. Ships are unarmed but otherwise complete and ready to
go on an hour's notice. However, your flightplan has been compromised and
someone will attempt to hijack the ships once you enter hyperspace. If you
surrender, they will return you (without your ship) to the planet.
G) All is as stated. Ships are unarmed but otherwise complete and ready to
go on an hour's notice. Upon acceptance, a shady looking person will
contact you and secretly offer to pay you twice the amount if you will
divert them to a secret location. If you refuse, no action will be taken
against you.

M) All is as stated. Ships are unarmed but otherwise complete and ready to
go on an hour's notice. Upon entering hyperspace you discover that there
is a stowaway onboard. The person claims to be running away from their
